Upload a PCM Flash ID. TuneDesk shows the options published for that software version. A workshop PC encrypts the file and sends back a dongle-locked .pcm. The raw calibration never leaves that PC.

Read the ID

The customer uploads the .txt PCM Flash writes beside the read. TuneDesk pulls the dongle serial, VIN, and software id.

Pick an option

Only options for that software version are offered. Each one spends credits. An administrator tops the balance up — there is no card checkout in this version.

Download the .pcm

The Windows worker claims the job, opens the matching file from its own library, and runs PCMflash. The desk shows the download when it is done.
